SAPURACREST Petroleum Bhd has clarified that its US$200 million (RM676 million) in planned capital expenditure (capex) comprises US$100 million (RM338 million) that has already been committed to be spent in this financial year. It also includes planned spending over the next two years, including the investment in the Sapura-L&T heavy lift cum pipelay vessel. The statement follows a Business Times article on Thursday.
